Jimmy "the Greek" Snyder was one of Las Vegas' great characters. A famed oddsmaker and CBS sports commentator, who's outspoken mouth got him in trouble after making controversial remarks about black athletes. He was fired immediately from CBS in 1988 after saying that African-Americans were naturally superior athletes because they had been bred to produce stronger offspring during slavery.
