Is she coming out of the bag, or going in? Why is this girl wearing a big hat with not much else? Obviously, she is enamored with the Mint 400 promotional items she gets to play with as a 1981 Mint 400 Girl. Billed as "the richest off road race" the Mint 400 went away for 20 years while Las Vegas grew into a big city. It is back now, with a vengeance, and new sanctioning organization, Southern Nevada Off-Road Enthusiasts (SNORE).
