Vegas Visitor 5/14/71
IN THE NEWS May 14, 1971  - GLEN! is the one word headline this week, marking the fact that Glen Campbell is now a household name. That is likely due to the fact that he's on our television sets weekly with "The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour" and has 10 gold records as of this year (1971). His appearance at the Las Vegas International Hotel is the longest continuous live appearance by the entertainer, 5 weeks. Judy Bayley, owner of the Hacienda Hotel is honored again, this time with the Silver Medallion, the highest honor given by the National Conference of Christians and Jews.

Cover Girl Caption  THE ENTRANCING TRISHA - The new toast of the town, stunning singer-dancer Trisha Noble, is making her American debut in the Sands Celebrity Theater's "London Playgirls Revue". The breathtakingly beautiful Australian stops the show cold nightly with her rendition of "Gotta Move" and her arresting array of musical comedy talents.
