This photo was taken in 1968 at the Gay 90's Club in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Suzette was a burlesque star that appeared in various Las Vegas shows over the years. The Gay 90's Club was the precursor to the Palomino Club which would become in later years the most notorious strip club in Las Vegas. In the 70's Suzette was featured at the Cabaret Club, by the same owner. Hooper worked on and off for the strip club owner, Paul Perry, for nearly 3 decades, shooting the strippers and designing ads. This was one of the earliest shootings he did for the club owner.
